What exactly is a dasher board?

Dasher boards, also known as puck boards, are the wall surrounding the Public Square ice rink that serve as a barrier between the ice surface and spectators. These branded dasher boards will be visible all season long to rink users, daily Public Square traffic, and tens of thousands of attendees at the WinterLand Tree Lighting on November 29th.

A single 2-month dasher board, located in Public Square, with 24/7 visibility, major event exposure, pedestrian foot traffic, and daily transit commuters, delivers nearly 1 million impressions.

Small Business/Non-Profit: $250

Standard Pricing: $500

Design and Content Standards

All designs must be approved by Downtown Cleveland before production begins.

No inappropriate words or images may be used. As the Public Square ice rink is a family-oriented venue, all participating vendors will be expected to operate as such.

*Note: Multiple boards can be purchased. The purchaser can choose to distribute boards individually or side-by-side for a larger logo display. Pricing is charged per board.
